QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in Health Services Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant health care discipline with five years of recent, related experience in priority planning and implementation, system analysis, and the use of a formal systems delivery methodology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to find, collect, and analyze and interpret data, use basic statistical concepts and prepare written reports.
- Experience with the use and management of large data sets.
- Knowledge of quality improvement and process improvement methodologies.
