About the role

As a Core Lab Associate at Avania, you will support the delivery of imaging-focused activities within clinical trials by helping manage the flow of medical images through our central review process. In this role, you will work closely with study sites, internal colleagues, and external radiologists to help ensure images are received, checked, assigned, and followed through in a consistent and quality-focused way. This position is designed for someone earlier in their career who is interested in clinical research and brings strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts. You will join the team in Barcelona in a hybrid working environment, where collaboration, learning, and responsiveness are highly valued.
