Corporate Action Associate

Overview The Corporate Action Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and end to end processing of corporate actions and dividend events across APAC and EMEA markets. The role ensures effective management of both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and Dividends adherence to market regulations, and strict compliance with internal controls, documented procedures, and service level agreements. The incumbent coordinates closely with internal teams, custodians, and external counterparties to ensure seamless event lifecycle management. The role is strategically positioned to ensure consistent, high quality delivery of Corporate Action and Dividend services aligned with market deadlines, service levels, and client expectations.
