Role Overview

Reporting to the Team Manager, the role is a subject‑matter expert in all corporate actions events for securities held domestically and internationally across multiple systems. The position requires researching and solving complex issues, reviewing tax consequences, analyzing and completing legal documentation, reducing exposure, handling escalations, interacting with clients, alleviating workload, providing relief to management, and maintaining good working relationships with issuers, depositories, brokers, and counterparties.
