Corporate Associate

A fantastic City firm has opened a new opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate at the mid to senior level to join its highly acclaimed practice.

The eclectic mix of transactions will include private M&A, venture capital/growth and private equity deals. Sector focus is technology, retail, luxury brands and FMCG.

It is likely you will have at least 4 years' PQE at a City or specialist firm. You will have a proven track record on complex and cross border M&A and preferably exposure to the Tech and Retail sectors.
