Corporate Counsel

We are working on a unique in-house position in Houston, and the company is open to a hybrid/remote work arrangement after the lawyer has been trained (but you must live in proximity to the office). This position is with a well-established leader in the insurance, reinsurance, and risk management fields. The company is in growth mode and seeks an attorney with (3-5) years of experience as a BIGLAW corporate lawyer, including M&A and private equity. This position offers the opportunity to move into a coveted legal and business development role in the expanding, highly lucrative representation and warranty insurance industry.

Candidates must have top credentials from a Top 25 law school and prior BIGLAW corporate and M&A drafting experience. Compensation is on par with BIGLAW, if not better, and the hours are predictable and manageable. Company is on the fast track to hire.
