Corporate Lawyer
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer:

Responsibilities:

. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

. Review contracts for compliance with UAE legal and regulatory standards.

. Identify legal and commercial risks and advise on mitigation strategies

. Advise on UAE Companies Law, Commercial Transactions Law, and relevant free zone regulations.

. Draft and review board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and corporate policies

. Assist in managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute matters in the UAE.

. Liaise with external counsel and follow up on case progress

. Provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders on UAE legal matters.

. Act as a point of contact for internal legal queries and clarifications.
