Your role

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Analyst with deep expertise in legal entity management in a multinational company to join our global Legal team. This role will report to the U.S.-based Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities and will manage Ciena’s international legal entity portfolio and support corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with U.S. and global stakeholders, manage external counsel and corporate service providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
