Associate Consultant - Paralegal + Legal Risk & Compliance Specialist

I’ve partnered with a leading international law firm that’s looking for an M&A/Private Equity Paralegal on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.

You’ll join a highly regarded team, ranked on top legal directories, and support the practice across a broad range of transactions – from lower mid-market deals to premium M&A and PE work.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organising transaction documentation, including NDAs, SPAs, disclosure schedules, SHAs, management incentive plans, corporate approvals, and ancillary agreements.
• Support deal execution by managing signing and closing checklists, collating signature pages, and preparing closing sets/bibles.
• Maintain and update key transaction tools, such as trackers, cap tables, data rooms, and other client or internal workflow systems. ...
