Position Creations, Amendments and creating Job requisitions in Associate Central and GV/ SAP. Understanding and defining the Synchronization Concepts between Job Info and Position. Mass uploads of position attributes. Understanding the concepts of New Hire Configuration between Recruiting tool (RM)and Success Factors Maintaining the ONB Candidate Info data in Success Factors - Data amendments of candidate info via Import and export functionality in Success Factors.
