These opportunities are suited to lawyers with 3–9 years of post-qualification experience who enjoy advising on complex corporate transactions and working with sophisticated clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Support private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout deal execution.
