Corporate Solicitor, Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth

This firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its corporate team in either its Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth office. To be considered for this role you should have at least 3 years’ pqe and strong corporate experience, it would also be beneficial to have business development experience. You will carry out mainstream corporate transactions with an ability to assist clients with wider commercial legal issues including commercial contracts.
