Corporate trainer (remote) (Guadalajara)

Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, Training Specialist will be in charge of developing and conducting training programs for employees within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within an organization.
• Formulates teaching outlines and defines instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
• Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
• Identifies or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
