Job Summary

Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized educational plans for inmates within a correctional facility. Assess educational and vocational needs, monitor inmate progress, and modify learning plans to support successful educational outcomes. Provide academic instruction, coordinate educational activities, maintain records, prepare reports, and collaborate with instructors, volunteers, educational institutions, community organizations, and government agencies. Ensure educational programs align with correctional education requirements, policies, and rehabilitation goals while supporting inmate development and vocational readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
