Correspondent Banking Lead

We are looking for a
Correspondents Lead
to own end-to-end the strategy, implementation, and operation of our
Banking Correspondents
channel in Mexico. This role will be responsible for building, scaling, and operating a robust correspondent network, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the correspondent model (0 → 1 and scaling).
Manage integrations with
correspondent network managers
and direct correspondents (retailers, aggregators, networks).
Coordinate and execute the regulatory approval process with the
Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV)
, including preparation and submission of the
PEN (Business Strategic Plan)
.
Define and document operational processes, controls, and reconciliation flows.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulation (banking correspondents, AML/CFT, operational guidelines).
