Cost Accountant

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Cost Accountant , located at our Nogales, Sonora facility. Reporting to the Controller, this position is full-time and will collaborate closely with local manufacturing leadership. Specific job duties: · Responsible for month end closure of Inventory and Work in Progress. · Assist the Controller in the preparation of the monthly Flux Analysis. Including variances in COGS, Gross Margin and Absorption vs PY/Budget and Forecast. · Assist the Controller with AOP and quarterly forecast preparation. · Provide guidance to the operations team and drive action to improve P&L performance · Analysis of the cost of operations including gross margin by part number, product line and customer. · Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. · Prepare month end journal entries. · Periodic review of all Standard Costs. · Analysis of annual physical inventory and daily cycle count results. · Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to the Operations t...
