Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end close journal entries with supporting documents.
- Confirm inventory accuracy and perform cycle count audits.
- Partner with Operations to review business cases and provide financial information.
- Analyze and prepare E&O reports, including improvements in reporting, and suggest reductions in reserves.
- Support annual cost roll-up and purchase items, BOM, and routing revisions and rate calculations.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support costing month-end close.
- Report MUV, PPV, scrap, and inventory with commentary and resolve issues with production.
- Perform weekly reports on hours, absorption, and forecast.
