Cost Accounting Supervisor

1. Cost Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and report on logistics or operational costs. Calculate COGS.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor progress between planned and actual costs.
3. Variance Analysis: Review actual costs against standard or estimated costs. Determine the root cause of variances and recommend cost-control strategies.
4. Inventory Control: Manage physical stock-takes, review inventory valuation, and reconcile inventory data with the General Ledger.
5. Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to cost accountants, track performance, and provide training.

Job Requirements

1. :Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management
