What You Will Be Doing
- Review and analyze project cost control records to provide technical guidance and project controls support.
- Manage cost control, change management, and budgeting processes.
- Track incurred costs, analyze budgets and commitments, and report variances.
- Monitor job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC) per client methodology.
- Perform cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and monitor contingency drawdown.
