Key Responsibilities

• Cost Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Monitor daily food and beverage costs.
  • Analyze variances between actual and theoretical costs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
  • Review menu costing and profitability.
  • Monitor portion control and standard recipes.
• Inventory Control:
  • Conduct regular inventory counts for food, beverage, and operating supplies.
  • Reconcile physical stock against system records.
  • Investigate discrepancies, spoilage, and wastage.
  • Monitor slow-moving and high-cost items.
• Purchasing & Receiving:
  • Verify that purchases follow company policies and approved specifications.
  • Ensure goods received match purchase orders in quantity, quality, and price.
