Responsibilities
- Finalizing recipes with Chef with all ingredient codes
- Creating codes of sales items
- Creating codes for recipes
- Entering recipes in the system including changes to the existing ones
- Creating vendor code in the system
- Creating item codes in the system
- Entering vendor prices in the system
- Reviewing and finalizing month end inventory counts
- Reviewing inventory variances every month
- Rolling out new menu and recipes across the region – UAE, KSA, China, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman
