This position is responsible for managing Cost Engineering and VAVE activities for cost competiveness and cost leadership

 What you can look forward to as Cost Engineering/VAVE Supervisor: 
Leading and coordinating with cross function team on cost leadership activitities including cost engineering both design/production engineering, benchmarking, target cost setting, VAVE etc to support company business development with profitable growth
Manage the identification of design and process changes related to Value Analysis / Value Engineering. Apply a variety of product design, material and process technologies.
Evaluate cost reduction and product improvement ideas with respect to technical feasibility, financial benefit and customer acceptance.
