Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator.A unique position to assist Ware Malcomb project teams across the country in preparation and verification of construction estimates for large complex to smaller scope projects.
**Responsibilities**:- Conceptual estimating experience (must have conceptual ability to work with minimum information).
- Analyze cost data, unit prices, general conditions and general requirements costs, and information that can be developed and used as a rule of thumb for all building systems estimated costs.
- Preparing, verifying, organizing, and coordinating Request for Quote documents and schedules, utilizing schedule information to estimate General Contractor's and other items where schedule is important.
- Data input into estimating software program (RS Means).
- Quantity surveying, bid tabulation, and bid leveling.
