Costco Epping Meat Manager

Position Summary
Uses problem-solving skills, tact, and discretion to oversee and direct the Meat Department and its staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, counselling and reviewing the Department’s personnel during daily activities, continually developing the employees. Works in communication with various levels of management to resolve issues, and implements and upholds proper. Meat Department and general safety procedures and standards. Determines production requirements, approves and submits physical inventory and orders, and coordinates proper maintenance and repairs for machinery and equipment.
