Costs Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE), Top 50 Law Firm – A new opportunity for an experienced Costs Solicitor looking for a new challenge. JOB REF: 3558

• This highly reputable Costs team deals with all elements of costs from low value disputes, fixed recoverable costs and high value and complex costs matters across a broad spectrum of commercial and personal injury litigation


• Applications are sought from Costs Lawyers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in costs litigation


• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting costs budgets, assessing bills of costs, drafting Points of Dispute, negotiating settlements and drafting Schedules of Costs


• You will possess excellent technical skills in the relevant area, and strong team work and interpersonal skills


• You will ultimately have a passion for this sector and drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team
