Job Summary

Permacon is a North American leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon operates 8 plants and employs over 300 employees on their different sites in Quebec and Ontario and is part of the CRH Group.

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario’s Southwestern region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction through the development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures.
  • Supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and approximately 10 team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock.
