Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized eDiscovery attorney to join our Litigation team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive eDiscovery strategies aligned with the litigation team's objectives, ensuring an efficient and defensible discovery process.
- Conduct thorough legal research on eDiscovery issues, including emerging case laws, regulatory updates, and technological advancements, to provide informed advice to the litigation team on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company effectively in eDiscovery‑related matters, including promptly responding to discovery requests, negotiating ESI protocols with opposing parties, and attending depositions and hearings with confidence and preparedness.
