The role
A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14-month fixed term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and support on a range of real estate transactions and matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property advice
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts
Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsel as required
Supervise and manage team of graduate, associate and senior associate level real estate specialists

Qualifications
Australia qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in Australia
Significant post-qualification experience in corporate real estate law
