A leading HVAC Distributor is looking for a Counter Sales Representative to drive daily branch sales through accurate order processing, product knowledge, and superior contractor service while ensuring inventory control discipline and pricing accuracy.
- Salary: $40,000 - $46,000 annually + Overtime & Commission
- Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO, 401k
Responsibilities
- Assist contractors and technicians with parts and equipment selection
- Recommend alternative or upsell products when appropriate
- Prepare and process sales orders in the ERP system (cash and account sales)
- Provide pricing, availability, and lead time information
