Our client in the Retail space is currently need to appoint an operational and strategic Country General Manager which is based in Beira, Mozambique. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations, driving business growth, and establishing strategic objectives ensuring operational excellence in line with the group’s goals. Qualifications required:
Must have completed a 3 year Degree or equivalent - this is a non-negotiable requirement. Completed Post Graduate, Honours MBA or Ph D will be given preference. Skills and experience required:
Extensive experience within the preferred industries; Automotive, Equipment, Logistics or any product related industry. Excellent communication skills. Strategic and operational thinker.
