Job Description

The Country Manager will be fully accountable for revenue growth, market positioning and operational performance in Italy, while acting as a key member of the international ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Full market ownership: take comprehensive ownership for the Italian market, including the development of a strategic sales roadmap, increasing brand and service awareness (., through roadshows), and consistently achieving revenue targets;
  • Business development: establish and foster sustainable, long-term relationship with Italian media agencies and direct clients;
  • Executive negotiations: manage high-level negotiations with management and C-suite stakeholders;
