The Role

We are seeking a strategic, “business-first” Country Manager to lead our Thailand operations. This is not a traditional corporate management role; it is a “Builder” position designed for a high-performing Account Director, Engagement Manager, or Sales Leader ready to take full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Acquisition (70%): Lead the hunt for new business across both Public and Commercial sectors. Navigate complex, long-term sales cycles (up to 2 years) with intelligence and persistence.
  • Operational Leadership (30%): Own the local P&L. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bangkok office and ensure the local team is aligned with regional high-performance standards.
  • Strategic Partnership: Build and nurture high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Thai tech ecosystem.
