What are we looking for? 
We are looking for a dynamic person, with initiative, very strong communicational skills, who is goal-oriented and competent in creating and maintaining conversations with clients. Your main responsibilities will be: 
Contact potential clients to advise them and subsequently close the sale of the different available products (courses, accommodation, activities, ...) taking into account their motivations, needs and interests.
(Gain) extensive knowledge of all products and services available and adapt them to the needs of the client and guarantee their satisfaction
Provide all the information required by the client, resolve their doubts and incidents arising within the sales process.
Track customer requests and queries proactively.
Customer loyalty ensuring the correct fulfillment of the phases/deadlines/marked commitments.
