We are looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join Cromwell Community College, a large and inclusive secondary school serving its local community in Cambridgeshire. This role plays a vital part in ensuring continuity of learning, supervising pre-prepared lessons, maintaining positive behaviour and creating a focused environment where pupils can succeed. Working closely with teaching and support staff, the Cover Supervisor contributes to the rhythm of school life, from classroom supervision to breaktime support.
