Cover Supervisor

Aspire People are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Milton Keynes the and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced teaching assistant, youth worker, or just passionate about working with children and young people, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for individuals who are confident in managing a classroom, can follow lesson plans, and are committed to helping pupils enjoy a safe and engaging learning environment.
If you're someone who can step in to deliver lessons, maintain order, and support learners with enthusiasm - we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
- Confidence to lead a classroom and support student learning
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
