About the Role
Complete Classroom Services (CCS) are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people in an educational setting. The successful Cover Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre-set work provided by teaching staff
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Support students with questions relating to the work set
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding behaviour and lesson outcomes
• Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing at all times
• Work effectively as a professional Cover Supervisor across different year groups and subjects
