Cover Supervisor

About EduTalent Group are seeking a reliable, confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school setting on a full time, permanent term time only basis. The role involves supervising whole classes during short term teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre set work in a calm and structured learning environment. When cover is not required, the successful candidate will support wider school operations across a range of areas including enrichment activities, PSHE support, school trips, registration duties and examination invigilation. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with students while maintaining clear behaviour expectations.
