Reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations, the Craft Recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support for trades positions and will assist with building and fostering a positive labour relations environment between our Project Teams and trade union partners.
What You'll Do Here:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the screening process.

Post job requisitions internally and externally, and source candidates through the appropriate media – professional organizations, career fairs/educational institutions, cold calling, and other websites/social media forums.<...
