Qualifications
- Experience in container terminals, quay cranes, and RTGs – 2 to 3 years
- Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Detailed knowledge of mechanical equipment: diesel engines, transmissions, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, brakes, etc.
- Knowledge of lifting chains and wire ropes
- Proficient with technical parts manuals and drawings
- Fully conversant with safety procedures
- Good communication skills
