General Requirements
- English level: Professional to C1
- +5 years of experience in frontend development with skillset focus on 3D and interactive experiences
- Advanced experience building immersive, navigable and visually rich 3D digital experiences, worlds, environments or products
- Advanced proficiency in React + Three.js / WebGL
- Expert-level experience with animation systems and libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, and 3D animation)
- Advanced/Expert understanding of performance optimization for complex 3D interfaces and real-time rendering
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality immersive 3D experiences, products or navigable worlds (not standard web apps or dashboards)
