We design and execute cross‑functional cultural initiatives that strengthen Spotify’s leadership in Music Culture and power the Creator Flywheel across the region. A core pillar of this role is leading the operation and coordination of the programming at Casa Spotify as a cultural infrastructure in the market. Casa is a permanent, living platform where artists, creators, fans and industry connect through curated experiences that support Spotify’s cultural relevance and business priorities.
