Creative Design Contributor

Benne is looking for a Junior Designer to join our design team as we grow across new locations and continue evolving the Benne experience across spaces, service, retail, packaging and customer touchpoints.

We are looking for a *curious design thinker *, someone who can observe closely, spot patterns, ask better questions and use design to solve real problems across functions.

The role sits at the intersection of Brand, Space, Customer experience, Hospitality and Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Spatial Brand Experience

- Support the design development of new Benne outlets

- Help translate the Benne brand into space, material, detail and experience

- Work on layouts, visual references, and material solutions while thinking through brand, flow and customer journey
