Most AI video looks like AI video. We're building a studio that changes that and we need someone who knows why it falls flat and exactly how to fix it.
You’ve seen it: the floaty motion, the inconsistent faces, the lighting that belongs nowhere, the scenes that feel generated instead of directed. You don't just notice it;
it bothers you. And more importantly, you know what to do about it.
What You’ll Do
- Direct AI productions end-to-end from script to screen using top-tier tools like Veo, Grok, Runway, Flow AI, and Midjourney.
- Make intentional choices for every scene: shot type, camera movement, light quality, mood, and pacing.
- Crack the consistency problem. Same character, same world, scene after scene, with absolutely zero drift.
- Build Shorts and Reels where the first second earns the next fifteen.
- Wear multiple hats. Function as DP, Art Directo...
