The story we've been telling ourselves about the country we live in has got stuck – on grievance, resentment and a nostalgia for a Britain that never really existed. Dear Britain is building a community of creators to change that – by telling a fuller, funnier, more inclusive and more honest story about the country we live in today.

We work with creators making content people genuinely want to watch, share and talk about. We care about creativity. We obsess over what travels. We experiment, learn fast and back talent. We believe creator networks shape culture and we want to build one with real impact.

About the role

This role is part talent scout, part creative coach, part community builder.

You’ll find, support and develop the next generation of creators in the Dear Britain community – people with real potential who haven’t yet fully found their audience, confidence or creative voice.
