Creator Facilitator

A Creator Facilitator is responsible for workload, time, and budget management of multiple simultaneous series of innovative content developed leveraging an state-of-the-art AI-driven platform. This role requires experience with getting artists to deliver on time and on budget in high pressure production situations without sacrificing quality, or morale.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate artists to make GenAI serialized short form content: Supervise content production teams, bolstering each artist’s strengths and finding ways to spread work to backstop weaknesses. Manage personalities to maintain good morale. Ensure they are focused on the most important issues at hand, and help get blockers removed, enabling them to deliver quality content on time and within budget.
