Position Overview
The TikTok LIVE team is looking for a passionate and driven creator manager intern to support the development and growth of our creator ecosystem. This role focuses on creator management, live streaming operations, and driving sustainable monetization for creators, playing a key part in scaling TikTok LIVE’s creator community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creators directly and provide 1:1 coaching to support their live streaming growth and scaled management.
- Own and deliver against monetization targets, break down key metrics, and formulate structured plans to achieve goals.
- Leverage and expand your existing creator network to source, onboard, and develop high‑potential creators.
