Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the collection of outstanding debt
- Process claims, returns, and credit notes efficiently
- Reconcile key customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Liaise closely with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams
- Monitor credit risk and ensure adherence to company policies
- Prepare reporting and analysis for management
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in FMCG/manufacturing credit control
- Previous management experience advantageous
- Strong SAP proficiency essential
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills
