Key Responsibilities
Debt Management: Monitor accounts receivable daily to ensure timely client payments.
Proactive Chasing: Contact customers via phone, email, and letter to recover overdue invoices.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date communication logs in the accounting system.
Query Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies internally and externally to secure payments.
Team Support: Assist the Senior Credit Controller with administrative tasks and debt reporting.
Payment Allocation: Cross-train to process and allocate incoming payments during cover periods.
