  About Your Role 
 
 Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic  Credit Officer  to join our collaborative Credit Team, located at our Head Office in Archerfield. This is a  permanent full-time role, responsible for ensuring a strong cash flow is maintained for the Hastings Deering Group of Companies through the collection of payments from customers. You will be responsible for looking after a ledger of customers and provide support to the overall collection from all customers.
 
 Reporting to the C, you will be required to:
 Conduct customer account reviews and maintenance for assigned customers along with contacting assigned customers to discuss overdue accounts & follow up regarding overdue outstanding accounts
 Resolve disputed transactions with customers within target timeframe and engage relevant stakeholders
