Credit Risk Manager – Spain

Lead a team of analysts in developing credit and pricing strategies for our borrowing products and distribution channels, and drive the growth strategy for consumer lending products in Spain.

• Lead a team of analysts in developing credit and pricing strategies for borrowing products.
• Work closely with borrowing squad leadership to develop and execute an ambitious growth strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, risk and control teams to design and deliver new products and customer journeys.
• Lead development and maintenance of NPV models and affordability strategies underpinning underwriting decisions.
• Monthly monitor and report on borrowing performance to stakeholders up to executive level.
